OUR HISTORY
2015
PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) founded in 2015 with offices in Banjarmasin, Balikpapan and Sampit. PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) carries numerous high performances and reliable heavy equipment from JCB as well as workshops for maintenance for customers in Kalimantan.
PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) is able to provide easy, reliable and convenient services for the customers with the availability of multiple branches across the Kalimantan region.
2016
In 2016, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) shifted one of its branch to Samarinda so customers in Kalimantan can get an easier access.
Through high quality products as well as solid team work, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) was able to provide a reliable service for customers. Minamas, one of the customer, gave PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) a “Customer Satisfaction-Commitment Delivery Time” recognition award.
2017
PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) expanded its network reach through new branch at Pontianak. And at the same year, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) was also received an award for “Best Dealer Part Sales UIO-in SEA & East Asia” from the principal.
2018
As the result of the solidarity and hard work, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) has received numerous awards and become a reliable partner for customers. PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) organised the second corporate gathering to extend the gratitude as well as strengthen the bonding.
In 2018, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) also received awards for “Best Collaboration” dan “Best After Sales Excellent- SEA & East
2019
In 2019, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) held multiple mini gatherings for customers as part of the collaborations. PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) also continuously demonstrate Telescopic Handler Unit to promote its superiority to customers.
PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) also received the second awards for “Best After Sales Excellent- SEA & East Asia”.
PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) also shift the head office in the Banjarmasin to extend its network reach and service support.
2020
Covid-19 pandemic has changed the operation practice between PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) and customers. To ensure the health and safety, Customer Gathering and Unit Demonstration process was performed through webinar.
In 2020, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra IPE) also received the third consecutive award for “Best After Sales Excellent- SEA & East Asia”.
2023

In 2023, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment proudly opened new branch in Jakarta and Surabaya, expanding reach and enhancing ability to serve customers more effectively. Within time, PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment rebranded from Mitra JCB to Mitra IPE, reflecting commitment to innovation and excellence in Heavy Equipment industry. This change signifies ongoing evolution and dedication to providing top-tier service.
